Animal welfare and biosecurity
Operators maintain documented welfare, veterinary, quarantine, vaccination, transport, mortality, and emergency-response practices appropriate to their jurisdiction and production model.

Material health, mortality, weather, theft, insurance, custody, financial, regulatory, or data-integrity events must be reported promptly through the operator portal.
